自适应等精度频率测量方法与实现

摘    要:提出了一种自适应等精度频率测量方法.与传统测量方法相比,很好的解决了因存在±1计数误差而造成测量精度不高的问题.采用自适应分段设置最优时限闸门,消除了预设闸门的延时带来的不足,简化了电路结构,实现了宽范围、高精度测量.采用单片机设计了该频率测量方法的软硬件系统,实际测量结果表明被测频率在0.01 Hz-500 kHz范围内,测量精度达到0.001 Hz以上.

Abstract:A kind of frequency measurement technique which adopts a new method of adaptive and equal-precision is introduced. By comparison with traditional measurements, this measurement solves the equal-precision problem on account of the existence of count error by 1 successfully. Adopting adaptive subparagraph-installed optimal time-limit gate, it eliminates deficiency caused by the delay of the predetermined gate, simplifies circuit structure, and achieves the purpose of broad scope and high-precision measurement. Microcomputer is applied to design software and hardware system of this frequency measurement. The actual experimental datum show that the frequency arranging from 0.01Hz to 500KHz can be measured exactly and measurement accuracy is above 0.001Hz.
