月桂酸单乙醇酰胺磷酸酯盐的合成及性质

摘    要:以月桂酸单乙醇酰胺为原料,聚磷酸为磷酸化剂,经酯化、水解和中和反应合成了月桂酸单乙醇酰胺磷酸酯盐,确定了最佳合成条件,结果表明,当聚磷酸中P2O5含量为80%,n(酰胺):n(磷酸)=0.9:1,在80℃下反应3h,水解2h,酯化率为94.12%,单酯含量可达71.53%,通过测定其表面性质,证实该产品具有良好的表面活性。

Abstract:Lauroylmonoethanolamide phosphate salt was synthesized by lauroylmonoethanolamide and polyphosphoric acid through esterification,hydrolysis and neutralization. The optimum conditions of synthesis were established. It was showed that total yield of phosphate was 94. 12% and the yield of monophosphate was up to 71. 53%, when the concentration of phosphorous pentoxide in the phospho-ric acid was 80% , molar ratio of alkanolamide to phosphoric acid was 0. 9:1, reaction temperature was 80 C ,reaction time was 3 hours and hydrolytic time was 2 hours. The study showed that the product had good surface active properites.
