| 摘 要： | 依据能量平衡原理,通过对轧件及轧辊的运动力学分析,导出了撞击力的解析表达式,并讨论了影响撞击力的因素,所得结论既可指导生产者优化轧制工艺规程和作为故障分析的重要依据,也可用于轧机设计人员在设计时参考的资料.

| Abstract: | Based on the energy conservation law and analysis of the steel-blank and working-roll,an analytical formula of impact is deduced,various factors affecting the force are discussed.The conclusion obtained can be used to conduct producer and analyse trouble,also give refemces to designer of rolling-mill. |
