摘    要:城市污水处理厂若生物除磷效果不佳,则需投加化学药剂辅助除磷。由于目前传统的人工手动加药模式存在诸多弊端,山东省某污水处理厂于2017年对二期生物池加设P-RTC自动加药装置,建立能够协同生物与化学除磷的动态控制系统。将此装置一年的自动运行情况与一期手动加药运行情况对比发现,二期自动加药系统吨水药耗降低约17%,提高了生物除磷效果,同时污泥产量降低了约30%,节省人工成本近3万元/a。分析了 P-RTC装置运行的优缺点及注意事项,可为其他污水厂的后期建设提供参考。

Abstract:Due to the poor biological phosphorus removal effect,the urban sewage treatment plant cannot stably meet the pollutant discharge standards of urban sewage treatment plants,so chemical agents should be added to assist phosphorus removal. The traditional manual dosing mode had many shortcomings. In 2017,a sewage treatment plant in Shandong Province added a P-RTC automatic dosing device to the second-stage biological pool to establish a dynamic control system capable of synergistic biological and chemical phosphorus removal. By comparing the result of one-year automatic operation of this device with the first-stage manual dosing operation, it showed that the chemical consumption per ton of water in the second phase was reduced by about 17%,which improved the biological phosphorus removal effect,simultaneously reduced sludge production by about 30% and saved annual labor cost by nearly 30 000 yuan/a. Advantages and disadvantages of the P-RTC device were discussed. The operation mode was standardized. The research could provide practical reference for the later construction of other plants.
