摘    要:水位波动会对水库的物理、化学和生物作用产生影响,进而影响到藻类的生物量和分布。以深圳市石岩水库为研究对象,分析了水位波动与藻类叶绿素a(Chl-a)浓度的关系,并进一步探讨了其内在的关联机制和通过水位波动调节进行藻类防控的可能性。结果表明,水库水位升高后藻类Chl-a浓度会明显降低,且提前分期蓄水水位升高后藻类Chl-a浓度降低更显著;水位有规律地交替抬高降低会降低藻类Chl-a浓度;在水位平稳期藻类Chl-a浓度会明显升高;藻类Chl-a浓度随水位日变幅的增大而降低。

Abstract:Water level fluctuation will affect the physical, chemical and biological functions of the reservoir, and then affect the biomass and distribution of algae. The relationship between algae biomass and water level fluctuation in Shiyan Reservoir was analyzed, and the inherent correlation mechanism and the possibility of algae control by water level fluctuation were further explored. The results showed that the algae Chl-a concentration decreased significantly after the reservoir water level rose, and the rising of water level caused by stair-type impounding could reduce the Chl-a concentration more obviously. Regular alternating rise and fall in water levels could reduce algal Chl-a concentration. The algae Chl-a concentration increased obviously in water level stationary phase, and decreased with the increase of the daily amplitude of water level.
