供水管网背景漏失指数研究

摘    要:管线漏损水量的大小与管网特征、压力等均有关系,常用的基于百分比的漏损评价指标,如漏损率、漏失率、产销差率等,表征的是某一特定管网条件下的漏损或漏失水量占供水量的百分比,不宜用于不同管网系统间的漏损水平的比较。针对此情况,分析了国际上应用广泛的供水管网漏失指数(ILI),选取Y市19个计量分区的数据进行分析,探讨ILI在我国的适用性,并通过多元线性回归分析法对ILI进行改进,提出了适合我国楼宇计量分区和平房计量分区的真实漏损水量评价指标——供水管网背景漏失指数(BLI)。BLI考虑了管网的管长、用户连接个数、管网平均压力,不受供水总量的影响,能够反映管网的真实漏损水平,适用于不同系统间的比较。

Abstract:Pipe characteristics and operating pressures have major impacts on water losses. Commonly applied performance indicators, such as water leakage rate, real loss rate and uncharged water rate, are water losses as percentages of the system supply volume. These indicators can be utilized for specific systems, but are inappropriate for national or international comparisons. The applicability of infrastructure leakage index ( ILI) in China was studied through analysis of data from 19 metered districts in city Y. Background leakage index ( BLI) was developed based on ILI using multiple linear regression for both building and bungalow. BLI considered the length of pipe network, the number of user connections and the average pressure of pipe network , and it was not affected by the total amount of water supply. BLI could reflect the real leakage level of pipe network and was suitable for comparison among different systems.
