摘    要:针对神农架林区高海拔区域居民冬季用水困难的问题,结合当地经济条件和取材条件,选取松针作为辅材,从减少散热和管道加热两个方面设计了一款“高寒山区冬季供水保证装置”。装置从内向外依次布置为:管道-加热层-隔热层-保温层-保护层。设计单因素变量试验,并采用综合评判法依次对各层材料进行测定与评判,选择自控温电伴热带用于管道加热、珍珠岩保温砂浆用于隔绝热量、松针用于保温的措施,可保证当地的冬季供水。

Abstract:To secure the water supply in winter in high altitude region in Shennongjia forest region , based on the local economic conditions and available materials, a u water supply assurance device for winter in alpine mountain region" was designed, which used pine needles as auxiliary materials to reduce heat dissipation and to heat pipes. The device was constructed from the interior to the exterior as follows: water pipe, heating layer, insulation layer, warm keeping layer, and protective layer. A single factor variable experiment was designed, and a comprehensive evaluation method was used to select the material for each layer. The design selected self-adaptive thermoelectric heating belt for the heating layer, perlite insulation mortar for the isolation layer, and used pine needles for warm keeping. The design ensured the water supply in winter.
