白龙港污泥厌氧消化对干化焚烧的影响研究

摘    要:上海市白龙港污水处理厂污泥处理处置二期工程将在现状"厌氧消化+干化"处理工艺的基础上,采用"厌氧消化+干化焚烧"的处理工艺。从能耗及处理费用的角度对"厌氧消化(现状)+干化焚烧"的工艺路线进行了综合评估。结果表明,与直接干化焚烧相比,"厌氧消化(现状)+干化焚烧"工艺路线的外加能量有所增加,但由于污泥厌氧消化减量化,污泥处理费用将会降低。因此,白龙港污泥处理处置二期工程采用"厌氧消化(现状)+干化焚烧"工艺路线经济上是合理可行的。

Abstract:In the sludge treatment and disposal second phase project of Shanghai Bailonggang Wastewater Treatment Plant,the "anaerobic digestion + drying and incineration"treatment process will be adopted based on the "anaerobic digestion + drying (current facilities utilized)". In this paper,a comprehensive assessment of the process of "anaerobic digestion (current facilities utilized)+ drying and incineration"from the perspective of energy consumption and operating costs was conducted. The results showed that energy consumption increased in the process of "anaerobic digestion (current facilities utilized)+ drying and incineration",but the cost of sludge treatment reduced due to the mass reduction through sludge anaerobic digestion. Therefore,it was reasonable and feasible to adopt the "anaerobic digestion (current facilities utilized)+ drying and incineration " process for the Bailonggang sludge treatment and disposal second phase project.
