摘    要:随着远红外电热膜在家庭供暖中的广泛应用,设计了一种基于ZigBee技术的远红外电热膜无线温控终端。本无线温控终端选用CC2530作为主控制器,利用TI公司提供的ZStack协议栈形成ZigBee无线通信网络,实现了终端与协调器的通信,解决了传统温控终端不能通信的问题。并且,外接CC2591射频前端功放模块,提高了通信距离和通信质量。将电容触摸与段式LCD相结合,使人机界面更加高贵,典雅。通过测试,无线温控终端运行稳定、通讯可靠,满足系统的设计需求。

Design of a Far-infrared Electrothermal Film WirelessTemperature Control Terminal based on ZigBee
Abstract:On the background of far-infrared electrothermal heating application, a wireless temperature control terminal based on ZigBee has been designed. CC2530 is chosen as microprocessor to control different modules. Based on Zstack developed by TI, a wireless data acquisition network based on ZigBee agreement construction has been established. Data transmission between coordinator and terminal has been realized. CC2530 is externally connected with CC2591 RF front-end power amplifier module to increase the communication distance and to improve the communication quality. CapSense touch button and segment type liquid crystal display are used in the wireless temperature control terminal to improve performance of the terminal. According to the results of tests, the wireless temperature control terminal works steadily and the communication is reliable.
