城市下凹桥区内涝积水综合治理设计探讨

摘    要:北京市房山区X铁路桥为房山区每年防汛的重点区域,2012年"7·21"暴雨桥区积水深度达5 m。经调查分析,积水原因主要为汇水面积增大、周边高水区雨水管道无下游、雨水收集设施能力小、泵站及排水下游排水能力不足等。工程因地制宜地采取了"低水低排,高水高蓄"的治理思路,通过改造雨水管线及泵站、新建压力管线及蓄水池、新建雨水截流设施等综合措施使得下凹桥区雨水调蓄排放系统达到50年重现期校核标准,工程完工后效果显著,2018年汛期未再出现积水情况。

Abstract:X Railway Bridge is a key area of flood prevention every year in Fangshan District in Beijing. In 2012,the depth of water accumulated in the "7 ·21"rainstorm bridge area reached 5 m.According to the investigation and analysis,the main reasons for waterlogging included as follows:increased catchment area,no downstream of rainwater pipelines in surrounding high water areas,small capacity of rainwater collection facilities, insufficient drainage capacity of pumping stations and downstream drainage,etc. The project adopted the treatment idea of "low water with low drainage,high water with high storage "according to local conditions. Through comprehensive measures such as the reform of rainwater pipelines and pumping stations,the construction of pressure pipelines and storage tank,and the construction of new rainwater interception facilities,the rainwater regulation and storing discharge system in the concave bridge area could meet the check standards for the 50-year recurrence period. After the completion of the project,the effect was remarkable. There was no waterlogging in the 2018 flood season.
