| 摘 要： | 针对单一优选准则带来的装备技术需求多方案优选结果的片面性,建立了由需求满足度、技术先进程度、技术重要度和技术成熟度等构成的指标体系,实现了装备技术需求的多视角综合优选,克服了单一准则下优选方案的偏差。最后通过示例验证了方法的可行性。

Research on Military Equipment Technical Requirements Scheme Selection Method |

| Abstract: | Single rule always brings about lopsided view of military equipment technical requirements scheme selection. In order to solve the problem, an index system consists of requirement satisfaction degree, technical progressiveness, technical importance degree, and technical readiness level. Integrated military equipment technical requirements scheme selection comes into reality from multiple angle of view. The shortcoming of scheme selection biases is overcame. At last an example was given to demonstrated the feasibility of the method. |
