基于水力模型的年径流总量控制率研究及应用

摘    要:作为海绵城市建设的核心指标,年径流总量控制率大多来源于自上而下的直接赋值,较少校核其目标的可达性。基于城市综合流域排水模型系统软件InfoWorks ICM,建立经率定验证的产-汇流、管流及SUDS等系列模型,模拟典型用地不同海绵设施配置方案下的年径流总量控制率,以此为基础,由点及面计算排水分区层面的年径流总量控制率,并利用模型从侧面进行校核,验证目标的可达性;基于校核结果,制定年径流总量控制率应用图斑,为实际应用提供路径。

Abstract:The volume capture ratio of annual rainfall, also known as a core indicator of sponge city constmction, mostly comes from direct assignment from top to bottom, and the reachability of its target is seldom checked. A series of calibration and verified mathematical models of productionconfluence ,pipe flow and SUDS were established based on urban integrated drainage modeling system-InfoWorks 1CM , and volume capture ratio of annual rainfall of typical sites under different sponge facility configuration schemes were simulated. Based on this, the volume capture ratio of annual rainfall of different drainage zones were calculated from point to area, and the model was used to check from the side which aimed to verify the reachability of objectives. According to the checked results, the application chart spot of the volume capture ratio of annual rainfall was established to provide a practical path for local application.
