区域和省级计量中心电能表标准装置准确性远方检测及状态监测技术研究

摘    要:随着区域电网和省级电网电能计量中心实验能力控制和管理的要求不断提高,电能计量准确性保证管控愈发重要。针对目前国内电网公司各级供电局计量中心还未实现对电能表标准装置的准确性和运行状态实时掌控、对于标准装置的工作中的偏移、运行效率以及故障情况不能及时发现的问题而提出的,分别运用在线监测装置、远端集控系统软件,实现对电能表标准装置准确性的监测和对电能表标准装置运行情况的实时远端监控。

Research on Accuracy Distance Detection and Condition Monitoring of Standard Meter Device for Regional and Provincial Measurement Center
Abstract:With the requirement of ability and management for regional and provincial power grid electricity measurement center increasing, the accuracy assurance of energy metering control becomes significantly important. At present, In view of domestic power grid companies and power supply bureau have yet to realize the running status and the accuracy of real-time control of standard meter device for measurement center, for the shift and operational efficiency of standard device in work, and the problem of fault condition is not found in time, that respectively use of on-line monitoring device, remote control system software to realize the accuracy of the monitoring and real-time remote the performance of the device for the meter device and standard device.
