摘    要:详细介绍了新型球形孔Ti-Al金属间化合物的合成机理,在元素粉末烧结理论的基础上结合预合金原理提出了一种新型超轻高强Ti-Al金属间化合物多孔材料的制备工艺,并描述了该多孔材料的形貌与力学性能。与传统粉末冶金Ti-Al相比,新型球形孔Ti-Al材料避免了由Kirdendall反应生成的Frenkel孔洞,力学性能得到显著提高,能满足更加苛刻的服役条件。

Abstract:The synthesis mechanism and preparation process of a new intermetallic compound porous materials based Ti-Al with spherical pores is presented in detail according to powder metallurgy principle and pre-alloy method. In addition, the morphology and mechanical properties of the porous metal materials are described. The porous Ti-Al with spherical pores avoids the Frenkel holes originated from Kirdendall effect compared with traditional powder metallurgy Ti-Al. It can meet the requirements of servicing conditions which becoming tougher and tougher due to great improvement of its mechanical properties.
