摘    要:空调机组在实际运行的过程中,由于控制手段比较单一、运行参数波动大,常常需要进行人工调控。本文以PLC控制器为核心,设计了一套智能监控终端,通过对上位机和下位机程序的设计,完成了优化运行和控制系统的设计,能够同时完成系统各运行参数的优化和各设备的自动调控,大大提高了系统的调控效率和周期,降低了运行成本。

Abstract:In actual operation of the unit, because of the singleness of the control means and the large fluctuation of operation parameters, the unit often needs manual control. The paper takes PLC as the core, intelligent monitoring was designed, and then the PC program and lower computer program controller of the control system was designed, the optimal operation and control system was designed, which lead to the operating efficiency of its units been significantly improved and the system power consumption value been reduced greatly.
