摘    要:本文结合车用柴油机中冷器的结构特点,通过对前人所进行的相关型式换热器的数学模型的分析,建立了车用柴油机错流板翅式结构中冷器内流动换热的数学模型.该数学模型将热气和冷气两侧通道分别简化为两个不同方向截面上的两维流动换热问题,通过隔板上的温度分布作为两侧换热平衡的耦合条件,将两侧联系起来.并考虑了温度变化对物性的影响.

Abstract:This paper on the basis of the analysis of provious works,establishes a mathmatic model for a intercooler of vehicle diesel,The structure of the intercooler is tube-fin and air -to-air cross-flow. In the model,the two direction of cold and hot fiuid flow are assumed as 2-D probiems seperately,and they are conjugeted from the heat transfer balance in the plate. The nature changes of the fluid effected by temperature are considered.
