摘    要:为应对国外石油公司的竞争,以及自身发展的需要,中国石化天津加油分公司对加油站实施标准化,程序化,制度化管理,出台了加油站经营与管理模式,有力提升了中国石化加油站的品牌效应,提高了中国石化加油站的竞争力,取得了显的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:To face the challenge from foreign oil companies and to meet the need of self- development, SINOPEC Tianjin Oil Distribution Branch has practiced a standardized, programmed and institutional management on the affiliated oil service stations, and put forward a complete oil service station businees and management procedure, which has in turn greatly enhanced the SINOPEC brand effect, improved the competition ability of SINOPEC oil service stations, and obtained obvious economic and social benefit.
