金属腐蚀在线监测系统的研制

摘    要:基于电化学线性极化和弱极化测定方法,本文设计了一种金属腐蚀速率在线监测系统.成功地实现了金属腐蚀速率和极化电阻的自动在线监测和实时数据显示。对比实验表明.监测系统性能稳定.测量速度快、测量结果可信。

Abstract:Based on the linear polarization method and the weak polarization method, a new on-line monitoring system for mental corrosion was developed.and the mental corrosion rate and polarizati on resistance were on-line measured and real-time displayed. Compared with the result obtained with a constant potential meter, the monitoring system has many advantages,such as stable Defformance. prompt measuring velocity and credible measuring results.
