基于模糊专家系统的矿用风机故障诊断

摘    要:针对矿用通风机故障具有不确定性和复杂性的问题,对矿用通风机的故障诊断提出一种基于模糊数学和专家系统的矿用通风机故障诊断系统。通过模糊关系矩阵及隶属函数的设定,实现了模糊理论在风机故障原因与征兆之间的模糊关系的表达。用风机转子的故障实例进行验证,结果表明该系统诊断效率、准确率高,为矿山风机的故障诊断提供了新的诊断方法。

Abstract:Fault diagnosis of mine ventilator is often complex and uncertainty,the failure to determine hoist with a certain degree of difficulty.To solve these problem this system lead in to fuzzy mathematics and fault diagnostic expert system for mine ventilator,and provide a new method,proved that system quickly and more accurately infer cause of malfunction,but also proved that method of use and has great application advantages.
