梁北矿11061工作面热源分析与风温预测

摘    要:梁北煤矿深部热害比较严重,针对梁北矿工作面局部高温情况,通过工作面热源调查,根据能量守恒定律,建立热交换的数学模型,对11061工作面热源状况进行理论分析和风流温度预测,并与实际测量结果对比验证。热源分析得出:此工作面围岩散热量和机械设备散热量所占比重较大,分别占28.3%和47.0%,是风温升高的主要原因。对比结果表明:风温预测结果与工作面实际测量结果能够很好地吻合,验证了热源分析和风温预测方法的正确性。

Abstract:The deep heat harm of Liangbei Coal Mine is more serious,aiming at the local high temperature circumstance at working face,through the heat source investigation of working face,the paper sets up the mathematical model of heat transfer according to conservation of energy,for the heat source at 11061 working face it carries out theoretical analysis and airflow temperature forecasting.Compared with the practical result,the heat source analysis show that surrounding rock and mechanical equipment heat dissipating capacity at the working face is in larger proportion,accounts for 28.3% and 47.0%,is the main reason for the temperature rise.Contrast results show that the temperature prediction results and practical measurement result are consistent,which verify the heat source analysis and method of airflow temperature forecasting is correct.
