| 摘 要： | 详细介绍了采煤机齿轨轮与输送机齿轨啮合变位、磨损问题,造成采煤机行走箱损坏,通过对采煤机齿轨轮与齿轨啮合状态进行分析,通过宁煤集团各矿采煤机及采煤工作面各环节的控制,成功消除了采煤机行走箱故障和安全隐患,取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | The article introduces in a detailed way gearing shift and worn of shearer wheel-rackatrack and conveyor rail,which causes fault of moving cases of shearer.The above fault is successfully solved through analysis of gearing state of shearer wheel-rackatrack and rail and control of each part of shearer and mining face of Ningxia Coal Industry Group.Thus it achieved striking effect. |
