摘    要:通过对二柱掩护式液压支架工作原理进行分析,建立了运动学和力学数学模型,得到支架在降架过程中的运动和力学特性;结合支架数学模型,对四连杆机构和平衡千斤顶安装定位进行优化,从而提高了支架的支护效率并改善了支架对顶板的适应性,对液压支架设计工作有一定的参考价值。

Mechanical Analysis and Optimization Design of Shield Hydraulic Support

Abstract:Based on the analysis of working principle of shield hydraulic support of two column,the author established mathematical model of motion and mechanical,then got the characteristics of motion and mechanical of hydraulic support.Through the optimization design of mechanism of four bar linkage and jack of balance,we increased the support efficiency and improved the adaptability of hydraulic support and roof coal.It has some reference value to design of hydraulic support.
