横轴掘进机的动力学模型与算法研究

摘    要:为提高掘进机的工作性能,在分析截割载荷和整机动力特性的基础上,建立了单个截齿、截割头的载荷以及整机动力学的数学模型,给出截割载荷与整机动力学特性的算法。采用Matlab语言对掘进机的动态特性进行了研究,结果表明:机体质量的变化对机体的振动影响较小,该算法为掘进机的设计提供了理论参考。

Abstract:In order to improve working performance of roadheader,based on analysis of cutting load and the dynamic property of foundation,established a single pick,loads on a cutting head and the dynamic mathematical model,gives cutting load and dynamic properties of algorithm.Using Matlab language on boring machine dynamic characteristics was studied.The results show that the body mass changes to body vibration of small effect,the algorithm for boring machine are designed to provide theory reference.
