基于小波模极大值钢绳芯输送带磁记忆信号的奇异性检测

摘    要:金属磁记忆技术是检测钢绳芯输送带故障的一种重要方式,小波变换的多尺度瞬态分析为检测磁记忆信号突变点提供了最合适的方法。阐述了基于小波变换模极大值的信号奇异性检测理论,通过应用小波模极大值对钢绳芯磁记忆信号进行奇异性检测,可以准确得到故障点的位置。仿真结果表明,该方法对判断钢绳芯接头发生抽动和断丝位置非常有效。

Abstract:Metal magnetic memory technology is an important method for detecting the steel-cord belt fault,because of multi-scale transient analysis of wavelet transform provide a suitable way for detecting abrupt change points of magnetic memory signal.This paper introduces theory of signal singularity detecting based on wavelet transform modulus maximum,through applying wavelet transform modulus maximum to steel-cord magnetic memory signal for singularity detection,so that would locate fault point.The result of simulation indicates technology is effectively for judging position of steel-cord joint twitching and fracture.
