基于CATIA和NX Nastran的载重卡车驱动桥壳结构分析

摘    要:针对某载重卡车驱动桥壳结构上存在质量重、体积大和壳体壁厚的不足,提出用CATIA V5R20软件对桥壳进行参数化建模。采用NX Nastran有限元分析软件进行强度、刚度和动态特性分析,解算出桥壳在冲击载荷作用下的应力分布及固有频率和振型,为后期进行轻量化研究提供理论依据。

Abstract:It’s existing in insufficient of quality weight,volume and shell thickness in a cargo truck drive axle housing structure,proposes use of CATIA V5R20 software to build axle housing’s parameterized model.Using NX Nastran FEA software to analyses the strength,stiffness and dynamic characteristic.Solution the axle housing under the action of impact load stress distribution,natural frequency and vibration model.For the lightweight study provide the theory basis in the further.
