房柱式开采合理采留比数值模拟

摘    要:为了促进矿山的安全生产管理,进一步提高房柱式采矿法在矿山的资源采出率,合理确定房柱式开采过程中的采留比例,采用UDEC数值模拟软件对不同采留比例条件下采场的矿山压力显现规律进行了模拟分析,结果表明采宽对于工作面稳定性的影响程度远大于矿柱宽度对工作面稳定性的影响程度,另外,通过对数值计算的塑性区图、垂直位移图、垂直应力图和主应力图的对比分析,最终确定在埋深128~351 m、倾角6°~10°矿层赋存条件下比较合理的采留比为4 m×4 m。

Abstract:In order to promote gypsum mine safety production management,and improve the recovery rate of room and pillar mining resources,reasonably determine the mining and remaining ratio of room and pillar in the process of mining,stope mine pressure laws under different mining and remaining ratio conditions are simulated and analyzed by UDEC,the results show that the influence degree of mining width on stability of working face is far greater than the pillar width on working face.In addition,through the analysis of the plastic zone chart of numerical calculation,vertical displacement,vertical stress and principal stress chart,the paper ultimately determines that the reasonable ratio of mining and remaining in depth is 128~351 m,dip angle is 6°~10°,ore-bearing layer is 4 m×4 m.
