摘    要:煤矿巷道开拓过程中,掘支矛盾导致掘进机开机率低,矿井成巷速度缓慢。提高支护机械化的有效途径目前普遍为掘进机机载式和锚杆钻车车载式,详细分析其中的优劣,指出开发专用锚杆钻车更易解决上述矛盾。同时也指出,专用锚杆钻车的研制不仅要在综掘配套设备上,还要在施工工艺上需更进一步的研究。

Abstract:Coal mine roadway development process,driving and supporting contradictions in roadheader starting rate is low,the mine into lane speed slow.Improving supporting mechanization effective way at present generally has two kinds,namely roadheader airborne and bolter,this paper analyzes disadvantages,points out that development of special bolter easier to resolve contradictions.Also point out at same time,special bolter development is project of a system,not only in fully mechanized equipment,but also in construction process is still need further research.
