采煤机截割部行星机构行星轮模态分析

摘    要:对采煤机截割部行星机构的行星轮进行了参数化设计,并利用有限元法对行星轮进行了模态分析,得到了行星轮在工作过程中的低阶固有频率和主振型,分析结果反映了行星轮的动力学特性,为采煤机截割部的动态设计、动态响应计算和分析提供了一定的参考依据。

Abstract:Planet gear of planetary mechanisms of shearer cutting department is parametric designed,and the model analysis of planet gear is investigated by finite element method.Low order natural frequency and the main vibration mode of planet gear have been gotten in work process,and they can indicate the dynamic characteristics,which can provide some references for cutting department dynamic designing,response calculating and analysing.
