双PWM变频调速系统在矿井提升机中的应用研究

摘    要:基于我国部分矿井提升机存在调速控制精度不高、调速性能较差、能源浪费、谐波污染大的问题,提出了一种基于滑模控制的矿井提升机的设计方案:电流内环采用滑模变结构控制,电压外环采用PI控制,并利用空间脉宽矢量调制(SVPWM)算法合成该电压矢量。仿真结果证明了该方案的可行性。

Abstract:Most of our mine hoist control system is worse,there are many problems such as bad control precision,poor speed adjusting performance,energy wasted and harmonic pollution.In order to speed transformation program,the paper proposed a design scheme of new type based on Sliding Model Control system: with the space vector pulse modulation,it uses sliding mode control as current-loop and PI control as voltage-loop.The simulation result verified the feasibility.
