基于LabVIEW的全液压钻机状态监测系统的设计

摘    要:针对传统的全液压钻机在故障诊断中出现的问题,运用虚拟仪器程序开发平台,设计了一种基于LabVIEW的钻机状态监测系统,实现了对主要参数进行实时监测、实时显示、超限报警和数据保存与回放等功能,从而能够对各种故障作出正确迅速的判断。并介绍了LabVIEW虚拟仪器程序开发平台、USB数据采集卡、串口和传感器等系统软、硬件的功能与设计,对所涉及关键技术进行了研究。

Abstract:In view of problems in fault diagnosis traditional of hydraulic drilling rig,using virtual instrument technology,a condition monitoring system of drilling rig based on LabVIEW was designed,achieved function of real-time condition data detection,real-time display,alarm,data save and data playback,made correct and rapid judgment of various failure.Also,the LabVIEW virtual instrument application development platform,USB DAQ card,serial ports,the sensors,the structures and functions of the software and the hardware of this system are described,as well as key technology.
