基于PLC的弯管机控制系统设计

摘    要:基于PLC的弯管机控制系统设计,介绍了系统的设计理念、设计过程。利用GT Designer2软件进行触摸屏界面的设计;利用GX Developer软件进行梯形图的设计,并且对梯形图进行调试确保其没有逻辑错误;利用GT Simulator软件进行仿真。其操作简单,能够有效降低人工成本和劳动强度。

Abstract:This paper designs pipe bender machine based on PLC control,expounds design of control system method,introduces design of system process.GT Designer2 software is used for touch-screen interface design.GX Developer software is used to design the ladder diagram and debug ladder diagram to ensure that it has no logical errors.GT Simulator software is used to simulate design.The operation of this control system is simple and can reduce labor cost as well as intensity of labor effectively.
