摘    要:N1104工作面为综合机械化采煤,煤层地质条件复杂,其煤层倾角最小27°,最大33°,极其容易造成工作面设备的下滑,导致该工作面的生产受到了严重的影响,通过对采煤机、刮板输送机、液压支架的受力分析,结合N1104工作面地质条件,提出了设备的防滑防倒措施,保证了该工作面的安全生产,为其他矿井的大倾角工作面机械防滑防倒提供了一定的参考。

Abstract:The N1104 working face adopts the method of comprehensive mechanical mining,coal seam geological condition is complex,the minimal inclining angle of coal seam is 27°,the maximum inclining angle is 33°,which easily makes the equipments of the working face glide,and seriously affect the working face production.Based on the force analysis of shearer,scraper conveyor,hydraulic support,combine the geological condition of N1104 working face,the measure of preventing tumble and glide is applied,which promises the safe production of the working face,and provide preventing tumble and glide reference for other mineral machine of working face with large inclined angle.
