基于曲面的复杂斗齿三维实体建模方法研究

摘    要:为了获得某型挖掘机斗齿的三维实体模型,依据其工程图样研究了该斗齿的三维实体建模方法。该型斗齿具有复杂外形、内腔和圆弧形走向的销孔,针对其特有的几何特征,在Pro/E软件环境下,基于曲面造型的技术路线,采用先分别创建外形、内腔和销孔的曲面模型,然后将这些曲面进行合并,并最终实体化的方法,可以快速成功地创建其三维模型。

Abstract:In order to obtain 3D solid model of a bucket tooth of acertain excavator,according to engineering drawings 3D solid modeling of bucket tooth was studied.The tooth is a casting with complex shape,inner cavity and pin hole with Arc-shaped trend,according to unique geometrical characteristics,3D solid modeling was completely in Pro/E,it is based on surface modeling technology roadmap and create surface model of shape,the cavity and pin hole,then all the surface were merge,last,the merging surface was materialized.
