电牵引采煤机截割部摇臂瞬态动力响应分析

摘    要:对摇臂壳体进行瞬态动力响应分析,可以得出摇臂壳体的相关动力学特性,建立基于NX.NASTRAN的采煤机截割部摇臂瞬态动力学模型。在对摇臂壳体进行模态分析的基础上,提取采煤机截割电机的截割电流,计算出一段时间内摇臂滚筒所受的截割阻力、侧向力和牵引阻力,并将这些力当作动载荷施加在滚筒的轴线上,通过瞬态动力响应分析,得出了摇臂在动载荷作用下摇臂壳体各关键部位的应力应变信息,以确认摇臂壳体在动载荷作用下的强度是否满足设计要求。

Abstract:Through doing the dynamic response analysis of ranging arm shell,it can get the related dynamic characteristics of ranging arm shell and build the transient dynamic model of ranging arm on cutting part of the coal shearer.Based on the modality analysis of ranging arm shell,it obtained the cutting current from the coal shearer cutting motor,and worked out the cutting resistance,yawing force and impel resistance born by the ranging arm cylinder in a period of time.The force & resistance were used as the dynamic load to put on the cylinder axis and it can get the stress and strain information of each key position on ranging arm under dynamic load by doing the transient dynamic response analysis.Through this way it can confirm if the strength of ranging arm shell under the dynamic load can meet the design requirement.
