| 摘 要： | 采用酸溶解试料,残渣以过氧化钠和无水碳酸钠熔融后,用高氯酸冒烟,经过滤、洗涤、灼烧、称重,再以氢氟酸挥硅、称重,计算硅含量。

| Abstract: | Using acid to dissolve the specimen,after the residue is melt by soduim peroxide and anhydrous sodium carbonate, use perchloric acid to smoke,through filtration,washing,burning,weighing.Then,use hydrofluoric acid to wipe off silicon,weigh,calculate silicon content. |
