| 摘 要： | 全面研究了S31803的性能、组织随着各种热处理状态的变化规律;结合实际生产工艺,建立准单相α相模型以多种冷却方式探讨了材料脆性形成、影响及改善,并结合高温拉伸和压缩的特性及相比例变化规律,对挤压在用生产工艺进行改进,降低生产难度,提高成材率。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the variation rule of properties and structures of S31803 with heat treatment conditions was comprehensively researched.Based on the production practice,the formation,effect and imrpovement of brittlement of the material with several kinds of cooling methods were discussed by establishing quasi-single α phase model.Combined with elevated temperature tensile features and variation rule of the phase ratio,the existing production process was improved,so the production difficulty was decreased and the yield increased. |
