钢中主要杂质元素的特性及影响

摘    要:炼钢过程中,常将炼钢原料中大量的杂质元素带入钢液中,其中部分最终残留在钢中成为残余元素,对钢材性能产生有害影响,成为造成钢材质量不稳定的主要因素。文中分析了钢中常见的杂质元素及残余元素的来源和分类,对国内外钢铁产品的杂质残余元素进行了比较,总结了残余元素对钢使用性能及加工工艺性能的影响。
