| 摘 要： | 论述了在铁合金生产中,利用回转窑制备优质入炉原料的工艺。首先锰矿通过干燥和预热人炉,减少了入炉水分,利于炉况稳定,锰矿经过高温煅烧,高价锰化合物减少,人炉品位提高,可增加产量;其次通过采用活性石灰热装精炼工艺,有效降低了生产成本和冶炼电耗,提高了产量,取得了较好的经济效益。
