| Abstract: | The configuration and functions of conjugsted linoleic acid as a functional oil were reviewed, and biosysthesis mechanism of CLA, the progress in production of CLA by microbe were intuoduced in this paper. Mainly introduced CLA formation by some microorganisms and their mechanism, emphasized the research progress in the field of CLA production by Lactic acid bacteria. |
