模糊数学在阀门故障诊断中的应用

摘    要:针对阀门故障诊断的复杂性和模糊性,运用模糊数学对阀门的故障症状和故障原因的关系进行了分析,得到模糊关系矩阵,建立了阀门故障诊断的模糊数学模型。通过安全阀的故障诊断实例,验证了模型的可行性和实用性。

Abstract:The complexity and indeterminacy are existed in fault diagnosis of valve.So this paper proposed to diagnose the valve's fault in the theory of fuzzy mathematics.First,the fault symptom and the fault source were analyzed in fuzzy mathematics.Then the fuzzy relation matrix was obtained by analyzing the relationship between the fault symptom and the fault source.The fault diagnosis model of valve was build.At last,the practicability and validity of the models are verified by the fault diagnosis of safe valve.
