面向装配制造执行系统的零部件编码技术研究

通过分析制造执行系统对零部件编码的需求和应用现状,在对装配过程中所涉及的零部件进行分类的基础上,提出了面向装配制造执行系统的零部件编码规则.该编码规则结合信息系统使零部件编码有机地集成了零部件技术信息、计划信息、制造信息以及供应商信息等,为实现装配产品的档案管理、信息跟踪提供了基础.最后,通过该编码规则在某企业变速箱装配制造执行系统中的应用,验证了该编码技术的可行性.

Study on Coding Technology of Assembly-oriented Manufacturing Execution System

By analyzing the requirements and the application status of the coding technology for Manufacturing Execution System(MES) and after classifying the parts and components, a kind of coding rule of parts and components is put forward. By using this coding rule and combining information systems, the code of parts and components can integrate the information of technology, plan, manufacturing, suppliers and so on, so the code rule can be good for dossier management and information track of the assembled products. At last, the feasibility of the coding rule is proved by its application in an MES of a gear-box assembly line in a enterprise.
