河道探测车变幅机构的优化设计

摘    要:对河道探测车变幅机构进行了运动和受力分析,以变幅过程液压缸的压力和探测臂危险截面的弯矩为目标函数,建立了变幅机构三铰点多目标优化设计数学模型.通过优化分析,获得了变幅机构三铰点位置的优化设计参数,优化后变幅过程液压缸的最大工作压力和探测臂危险截面的最大弯矩值与优化前相比分别降低了32%,7%,有效地改进了原始设计,减小系统的压力损耗,提高了整车作业效率.

Abstract:Motion and force analysis on the three pin-connected joints of luffing mechanism of Watercourse Detecting Vehicle are discussed in this paper. The optimization mathematic model is built with the multi-optimization target of minimizing the pressure of luffing cylinder and the bending moment of telescopic boom. By optimizing analysis,the reasonable position of the three pin-connected joints are determined.Compared with the original design, the max pressure of the hydraulic luffing cylinder is reduced by 32% and the bending moment of the telescopic boom's critical section is reduced by 7%, this method reduces power losses and improves the total performances of the Base Rock Detecting Vehicle effectively.
