基于虚拟技术的摆式飞剪剪切过程优化

摘    要:应用虚拟样机技术,在ADAMS中建立了摆式飞剪机构优化设计的参数化模型,并通过ADAMS内置的DOT优化工具,采用序列线性规划法(SLP)对飞剪的剪切过程进行了运动学优化.优化后的飞剪机构满足剪切过程要求,同时提高了飞剪的剪切性能和轧件的剪切质量.

Abstract:This article established the parametric model of flying shear for optimal design in ADAMS software environment through the use of virtual prototype technology, and optimized cutting process of flying shear by use of Sequential Linear Programming(SLP) which is linked in ADAMS with DOT(Design Optimization Tools). The optimized mechanism can satisfy the cutting process requirement, and enhance both the performance of flying shear and quality of workpieces.
