专用铣床的变速箱改造

摘    要:介绍了将原有龙门铣床改造成加工柴油机汽缸盖的专铣床的设计方案.通过改造变速箱的齿轮传动链,解决了动力头工作时承受弯矩过大,影响加工精度的问题;采用焊接箱体代替原有的铸造箱体,降低了技术难度,节省了生产成本.

Abstract:A scheme-to transform a milling planer into a production miller for machining the cylinder cover of diesel engine is proposed in this paper. The scheme is realized by reconstructing the gear train of gear box, the reconstruction can solve the problem that the machining accuracy is badly influenced because the power unit overloads too big bending moment; also by replacing the original casting case by the welding one in order to decrease the technical difficulties and save production costs.
