| 摘 要： | 为了清洗凝汽器铜管,提高汽轮机的效率,现在普遍采用胶球清洗的方式来保持凝汽器铜管内表面的清洁。采用组态王K ingview6.01组成汽轮机凝汽器胶球清洗控制系统,利用PLC控制电动阀门等设备的运行,利用微机进行远程监视和控制,可明显缩短设计周期,提高工作效率。该系统界面直观友好,操作简单易学,控制安全可靠,容错性强。

| Abstract: | For the purpose of cleaning the condenser copper tubes and increasing the efficiency of the turbine, the glue ball cleaning is widely used to keep the cleanness of the tube surface. The control system for the 6ondenser cleaning system consisting of Kingview6. 01, applying PLC controlled electric valves and microcomputer for remote monitor can obviously reduce the design cycle and increase the work efficiency. The interface of the system is direct and friendly, easy for operation and learning, safe and reliable for operation and strong compatible for error. |
