| Abstract: | The Policy and Planning (P&P) Board is mandated to report to the membership annually on its activities. This report covers the P&P Board's two meetings in 1983 and future plans. The P&P Board held its retreat meeting on May 6 to 8 in Washington, D.C., and its regular business meeting on October 21 to 23 in the APA Building in Washington, D.C. The report includes the organization of APA; board, committee, and division operations; review of major documents; and review of APA Bylaws.
