| 摘 要： | 在综合借鉴西方制度经济分析中(哈耶克与诺斯)两条不同的分析理路,力求从长时空探求中国城市规划制度历史发展演变的深层内在逻辑.在对其三个主要历史发展阶段进行回顾分析后,指出制度变迁中"外生力量的内生化"是其发展的内在逻辑,必须在中国当前的问题语境中对两条分析理路进行适当的"反思平衡".

| Abstract: | By using two different theoretical approaches ( Friedrich Hayek and Douglas North) in the economic analysis of institutions, this paper tries to explore the internal logic in the historical development of the institutionalization of urban planning in China. After a historical review on its three main phases, the author pointed that "internalization of exogenous forces" in institutional changes is the internal logic of its development and a " reflective equilibrium" must be maintained between the two different theoretical approaches in China's context. |
