银锌渣综合利用工艺研究

摘    要:针对银锌渣富含铋、碲、银等元素,研究了银锌渣综合利用的适宜工艺,通过单因素试验,获得了最佳工艺参数。研究表明,当条件控制为:浸出温度90℃、NaCl用量120g/L、硫酸酸度100g/L、NaClO3用量30g/L、反应时间5h,沉铋终点pH值1.5、温度60℃、时间1h,碱浸转型NaOH浓度为40g/L,银锌渣中铋、碲、金银可实现有效分离回收。

Abstract:According to abundant bismuth, tellurium, silver and other elements contained in silver zinc -slag, this paper introduce the appropriate process of silver zinc -slag comprehensive utilization, through the single element experiment, the optimal process parameters was achieved. The research showed when the control conditions were 90℃ extraction temperature, 120 g/L NaC1, 100 g/L acidity acid, 30 g/L NaCIO3 dosage, 5 hours reaction time, pH 1.5 bismuth precipitation terminal, 60 ℃temperature, 1 hour time, 40g/L NaOH concentration of alkali leaching transformation, the bismuth, tellurium, gold and silver could be effective separated and recovered.
