摘    要:通过研究铜精矿加酸微波消解处理,标准溶液中加入Cu、Fe进行基体匹配,ICP-AES法测定铜精矿中As、Bi、Sb、Hg、Zn、Pb、CaO、MgO的含量。采用分析标样、加标回收试验、与国标法比对和参加全国水平测试等多种方法对该方法进行验证。证明该方法准确可靠、简便快速,均在允许误差范围内。与现行的单元素分析方法相比,分析周期短,可用于铜精矿的快速检验。

Abstract:Through the study of copper concentrate with acid microwave digestion, accession to the Cu, Fe standard solution in a matrix matching, content of As, Bi, Sb, Hg, Zn, Pb, CaO, MgO in copper concentrates by ICP - AES method can be determined. This method has been verified by using analysis of standard samples, the recovery tests, comparing with the national slandard method and participating national level test and the other methods. It proves that the method is accurate and reliable, simple and quick, is in the range of the allowable error. Compared with the current single element analysis method, short analysis cycle, can be used for fast inspection of copper concentrate.
