摘    要:云南某铜矿地质条件复杂,矿体和围岩均较破碎且含泥量高,需对其进行大量加固支护。综合分析后,考虑采用长锚索加固技术,对4#矿体进行围岩预支护、分层整体锚固及顶板长锚索加固。根据矿岩性质及采场结构,进行了锚索支护参数设计。试验结果表明,长锚索加固技术对于厚大破碎矿体适用性强,能有效防止围岩冒落、顶板垮塌及维护巷道完整性。矿石回收率比现用采矿方法提高近20%,矿石贫化率降低8%,经济效益显著。

Abstract:The geological conditions of a copper mine in Yunnan province is complicated. Both the ore body and wall rock are bro- ken, and high silt content exits, as a result of which, a large amount of reinforcement and support is required. After the comprehensive analysis , long rope - bolt reinforcement technology was adopted. The wall rock was pre - supported ; the layered ore body was an- chored integrally ; and the roof was reinforced by long rope - bolt. According to the ore - rock properties and stope structure, the rope - bolt parameters were designed. The experimental result shows that the long rope - bolt reinforcement technology is feasible to thick broken ore body. The wall rock inbreaking and roof caving can be avoided effectively, and the roadways keep unbroken. The ore recov- ery rate can be increased 20% than the mining method used nowadays, and the ore dilution rate decreases 8%, which will bring re- markable economical benefit for the enterprise.
